My Work
Starting my photography journey in a dark room. I have a certain grainy taste for my photographs. Nothing like good old grain. I've always lived with the philosophy that everything in this world is not perfect and never will it be. Perfection is not my virtue rather naturalism is.
I have meddled with photographing people for a while now , and i find it pretty fascinating. I love meeting new creative passionately unique personas of humans out there. It gives me joy and adventure meeting people is different as is each of my photographs. Not one like the other.
"It is not the end that matters but the means to that end", Gandhi. the greater the journey the more valuable the final photograph would be.
Biography
Born and raised in Alexandria, Egypt. Life is pretty different over there. Time moves slower. Being on a coastal city, I could never get enough of the sea. the blue waves carried me through the good and bad. From playing tennis at a professional level to scouting in the desert. I've found my interest in the outdoors.
After moving to Philadelphia, I have got the greatest privilege to shoot film and develop my own rolls. Making me more involved in the art of photography. I learned so much doing that class. Yet it all changed when i went on a beach trip with some friends and i brought my film camera. I shot some of my favorite work that day. Plus, I fell in love with the art of photographing people. Since that day, photography has taken places i have never imagined of going or the ability to create art for a living was just a dream.
